Shipping policy
Holiday and Year End Delivery:
Any orders placed from 19th December 2025, will only be fulfilled from 5th January 2026. .
Domestic Shipping Rates:
R0.00 - R399.99: R80.00
R400.00 - R649.99: R60.00
Orders valued R650.00+ are eligible for free domestic shipping.
International Shipping Rates:
Global shipping is now available via DHL Express. This generated upon checkout by order weight.
Kindly note that additional taxes and fees may apply upon import and are not included in the pricing of Umbro product and shipping. Any and all taxes and customs charges that may arise from shipping will be absorbed by the customer. Umbro South Africa accepts no charges that may come from any shipping duties, customs fees and taxes.
Order Information
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change any parts of an order. This includes adding or removing items, changing the size or colour, or changing the delivery address or method.
As items are subject to availability, any necessary exchanges will be made at the discretion of Umbro South Africa in consultation with clients.

Normal Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, except for public holidays. Please allow 1-2 days for processing after your order has been confirmed. Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during these holiday and seasonal sale periods.
Normal domestic shipping is 5-7 working days within central regions. Outlying areas may experience longer delivery times. This may vary during busy periods, public holidays, sale periods and office closures.
Items requiring additional branding may have an additional lead-time of 10 working days.
All shipping takes place via door-to-door delivery.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes, private bags, Umbro stores, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
Please note that some couriers may require additional time to deliver to outlying areas.
Delivery lead times do not include weekends and/or public holidays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a weekend delivery. It is unlikely, but there may be occasions where our courier partners attempt weekend delivery; this remains at the discretion of the courier.
